F.A.Q. Frequently Asked Questions
How long have you been doing artwork?
Pretty much since I could hold a pencil. In school I wasn't encouraged to persue artwork, My art teacher was more interested in following set guide lines for the class rather than letting any of the students express themselves and develop, everyone was held back. So upon leaving school I didn't continue with any art training and went into several office jobs, around 2002 I decided to try and pick up where I had left off and that is where VerminArt was born. So I have been roughly doing freelance artwork for around 14 years.
Inspirations
I have always been inspired by the works of Drew Struzan and H.R. Giger. Drew's work on movie posters such as Star Wars, captured my eye and really got me studying his artwork closely and I have often tried to recapture the same feel that drew does. H.R.Gigers work has always been a major inspiration, I absolutely love his work, the detail and depth are often hidden within some of the most nightmarish imagary but it is so unique and beautiful.
Creativity
I use many different techniques, tools and methods to produce my artwork. Ranging from traditional pencil and paper to digital paintings created using graphics tablets.
Notable Works
I have done some notable works including corporate logos for several companies. Also I have produced artwork for Youtube personalities as well as designing artwork for local music groups and bands in the past. Below is a small selection of some notable works, you can view these and others in the gallery.

Commissions
I am always available to work on paid commissions, I work by quoting an initial price depending on the complexity of the artwork and what style. As the work progresses I offer updates on the stages so the client can request changes or just see the progression of the artwork. Once final payment is recieved the completed artwork is sent digitally and if required as a pyshical media.
